Jeff May is President of The May Development Group, with over thirty years of experience helping organizations address complex workforce, leadership, and succession challenges. He has worked across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and education, guiding leaders to unlock the potential of their teams. Jeff also teaches leadership development and organizational behaviour at McMaster University, York University, and Seneca Polytechnic.
