Amanda Prussing

Amanda is the Product Manager for SPM, STERIS Corporation’s workflow solution software and tracking system. She works closely with SPM’s Education, Development, Technical, and Commercial teams to manage the SPM software, educate SPM staff and users, and help guide the future of SPM. Amanda has a passion for helping SPM users, both present and future, take advantage of their SPM workflow solution software and its many benefits. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, has 10 years’ experience working in the medical device reprocessing software space, and is a Certified Central Service Vendor Partner through HSPA (US-based medical device reprocessing organization).

Shelby Jaramillo

Shelby is the Technical Product Manager for SPM’s Loaner Solution, STERIS Corporation’s workflow solution software and tracking system. She works closely with SPM’s Education, Development, Technical, and Commercial teams to manage the SPM Loaner Solution, educate SPM staff and users, and help guide the future of SPM’s Loaner Solution. Shelby enjoys helping current and future SPM customers understand the many benefits that STERIS’s workflow solutions software platforms can offer.  Prior to joining the Marketing team she worked on the SPM Technical Support team for seven years, most recently as the Manager of Customer Technical Support. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from California State University – Sacramento.
