Exhibiting at MDRAO '25

This year, we’re proud to offer over 10,000 square feet of vendor space at our new venue, providing vendors with ample room to display their latest products and services.

We invite vendors to secure their booths early and take advantage of numerous opportunities to gain added exposure and connect with attendees throughout the conference.

We’ve also planned two dedicated exhibitor sessions on Saturday, giving vendors exclusive access to engage with delegates. Additionally, we’re hosting a Vendor Showcase social event on Friday evening, providing an informal and relaxed atmosphere to meet with attendees while enjoying light refreshments.

Our Venue for 2025

We’re excited to announce that the 2025 MDRAO Conference will be held at a brand-new venue – the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre. This spacious, modern venue offers ample room for our growing event, featuring over 10,000 square feet of dedicated vendor space, ideal for exhibitors to showcase their products and services.

To accommodate our expanding number of delegates and vendors, we’ve selected this larger venue to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and engaging experience. It’s the perfect setting to network, explore new ideas, and collaborate with like-minded professionals in the MDR community.
